I just love animals. All kinds of them. Some people do not particularly like cats, as they are too independent, but when looking at the kittens, you cannot never say that they are not cute =)

Cats have been associated with humans for at least 9,500 years, and are currently the most popular pet in the world. Due to their close association with humans, cats are now found almost everywhere on Earth.

Facts about cats (wild and domestic):
- A cat will amost never "meow" at another cat. This sound is reserved for humans
- The average age for an indoor cat is 15 years, while the average age for an outdoor cat is only 3 to 5 years
- Cats can see in color!
- The print on a cat's nose is like that of a fingerprint of a human, each is unique
- Kittens begin dreaming at just over one week old
- Sir Isaac Newton (discoverer of the principles of gravity) also invented the cat door
