How do I import/use a .PspBrush file?
To load your brush, open your brush selection pane window and right click on the top right button to open list menu, from that menu select load brush, a window will pop up and just select your brush path and select ok. You are done.
Hope this will help you solve your problem.
Are they work with GIMP?
I think it should work with GIMP, well I haven't tried it my self but I think I works.
